At Gentle Warrior, we understand that learning and wellbeing are at the centre of developing happy, healthy and resilient children and recognise the need to teach the tools of holistic wellbeing to our children.

Yoga and meditation are evidence-based practices proven to have a positive impact on children's lives by promoting self-regulation through gentle physical movement and breath work. 

We specialise in bringing the concepts of authentic yoga to students in an engaging and uncomplicated way whilst equipping teachers with the tools to incorporate aspects of mindfulness and meditation into their classroom routines.

Gentle Warrior in Schools

Within our school program, we teach the importance of breathing techniques and mindfulness practices and give students and teachers the tools to become independent at calming their nervous systems in preparation for learning.

This Tier 1 approach to wellbeing, equips students with the skills to be more resilient and focused whilst improving their mental wellbeing.

Our classes are filled with fun, games and physical movement that builds strength and flexibility for healthy muscles, bones and joints.

All classes are specifically tailored and age appropriate to leave your students with all they need to cultivate a healthy self-esteem and self-confidence to navigate their inner warrior.

Our teacher sessions give teachers some basic breathing exercises and tools to utilise in classrooms as part of their wellbeing routines including brain breaks, mindfulness and meditation.

There are a range of programs for schools to choose from in order to meet the needs of the school community.
