Secondary School Program

Our Teens program is full of fun, engagement, education and plenty of movement. 

Our classes cover a range of topics from creating healthy and strong physiques, flexible spines, muscles and joints, healthy digestion and its overall importance.

We engage them in mindfulness activities including breathing techniques that will assist them in times of stress, helping them to self regulate and self calm.

​

We create a team building experience where they learn trust in one another and build confidence within themselves.

​

We teach about the incredible effect that yoga has on the systems of the body and how it applies directly to them.

​

Our aim is to make a difference in the life of every child that we teach and we take great pride in having the opportunity to share this knowledge with your Teenagers.
