What We Do

At Gentle Warrior Yoga we offer specially designed programs for all ages and abilities.
We assist every individual in discovering their fullest potential in movement, strength and emotional wellbeing.
We pride ourselves on offering authentic and traditional yoga techniques inclusive
of Hatha & Ashtanga yoga, Yin yoga, Vinyasa, pre & post natal yoga, mindfulness, breath awareness & meditation.

We also specialise in kids yoga and offer a broad range of fun & exciting, educational and energising programs that cater for all  children's requirements and all establishments.
From pre-school to secondary schools, holiday programs and specifically designed kids events.

I have been with Tina for 7 months. She is a wonderful teacher who could adjust every class for different levels of ability.  Everyone could get the most out of the session and are practicing at their level.

Tina creates a peaceful ambience for her yoga classes with candles, oils, elements from nature and even eye pillows.
