These are the years of challenge and enrichment, where children grow and develop at an extraordinary rate.

At Gentle Warrior Yoga we bring fun and engagement into a yoga setting.

We build strength and stamina, promote good posture and help build strong and flexible young bodies.

We teach the enjoyment of movement and self awareness, create opportunities to explore mindfulness and self observation.

 

Always moving to a peaceful and tranquil state, we slow the energy down towards the end of our sessions.

This calmness and state of peace leads on to develop tools for self regulation, managing stress, resilience building and having respect for themselves and others.
