As soon as you set foot into Tina’s class, whether it is at a gym or in a majestic, outdoor bush setting you know there is something special about to happen. You are greeted with a warm, heartfelt ‘welcome’, a traditional lit candle and sprig of rosemary. A calm, inviting space is already present and the stresses of the day just wash away by the time you reach your mat. Tinas’ class usually starts with a mindful meditation that draws you into a yogi state. Her asanas flow fluidly and with grace. Yogic breathing practices are incorporated for mind-body balance and healing. Tina is an intuitive teacher who adapts the pose to work for everyone in the room in a gentle and respectful way. She not only has a great understanding of the structure of each pose but also its metaphysical impact on our body. Finally, you melt into a peaceful savasana (shah-VAH-sah-nah), the final resting pose for the class; leaving you with a peaceful sensation of having done something wonderful for your mind, body and soul.

"I have been practising yoga for over 10 years now, in various countries, and I really enjoy Tina's classes and her way of teaching Yoga. The classes I attend normally attract people of varying gender, background and ability, sometimes complete beginners, and Tina is very attentive to all students and is able to adapt instructions or provide support to a very diverse group of participants.
She is a very knowledgeable yogi and her style is a very balanced one, drawing from various schools of Yoga, the classic Hatha, some more dynamic exercises (Vinyasa) but also some quieter, restorative poses that are more in the Yin Yoga tradition.
Each class also has a good amount of time dedicated to meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises).
Her dedication, energy, openness and kindness make her classes very enjoyable and I recommend them to anyone, regardless of background and ability.
Overall, her classes are fun and a breath of fresh air!"

"I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to attend Tina’s Yoga sessions.
I feel Tina’s class has an emphasis of attaining peace and clarity of mind rather than perfecting that perfect pose! I am always surprised how grounded and still I feel at the end of the session. Tina teaches in a way that she makes it accessible to everyone.
Tina’s calmness definitely helps to cultivate the union of body and mind. Tina is a gifted Yoga teacher, cultivating awareness in the roots of yoga and creating a most beautiful and energising Practise.

"I have been attending Tina's yoga sessions at Hurstbridge Hub on a Monday morning for a while now.
Her classes are varied each week and certainly challenging and progressive. It's fabulous how she explains each move carefully, its purpose and personal adjustment suggestions. Each class and new pose that is introduced is always done with the option to just give it a go at your own pace and level. There is never any feeling of having to keep up with the group or push yourself beyond your capabilities, however, due to her clear instructions I find myself trying harder than I possibly would have.
I find all of Tina's classes beneficial and a positive start to my week and will continue to
develop my yoga skills and meditation techniques with her."

"After my first class with Tina I felt that I have all the time in the Universe and there is no reason to rush.
Tina's words have a magic power, when she says: 'set your intention'- it works!
Tina has an inner wisdom. She has the right words at the right moment.
She has all the qualities of a Guru. My life is complete!"
