We are here to assist seniors and mature age individuals with re-discovering or continuing their journey and enjoyment of movement, mindfulness and community.

This is an increasingly diverse age group with an entire range of different requirements to assist health, wellbeing and mobility.

Yoga for seniors can help to strengthen bones and joints which can assist in the prevention of a range of degenerative disorders.

Yoga can assist in regaining confidence in balance, enhance flexibility and agility, reduce stress, help manage depression and improve sleeping habits.

Seniors should always enter into physical activity gradually, especially if they have pre-existing joint conditions or other physical ailments.
